Mrs. and Mr. Van Haeren are owners of perfectly equipped breeder houses in The Netherlands. The house is built for successful production of hatching eggs.

  • Hinged roof plates allow easy maintenance and cleaning of the system. An important aspect in keeping the nests clean and hygienic. The roof can be opened in two ways which not only allows perfect access to the laying nest but the egg belt can also be easily reached for maintenance and cleaning.   • Single manure belt system A singe manure belt systems also contributes to a hygiene environment in the house because it allows easy access to the floor underneath the slats. The manure belt is rolled up, so that the floor beneath is exposed for optimal cleaning and hygiene. Manure us being removed out of the house by cross belts.
  • Egg transport system Hatching eggs are safely transported to the central egg packaging room by the FlexBelt system. This system has special carriers that handle eggs with utmost care. The quality of eggs remains in perfect condition which will have a positive influence on the hatch results.
  • Central egg package room At the central egg packaging station eggs are being automatically packed by the hatchery packer. This system ensures that the quality of eggs is preserved by handling eggs with utmost care. The system places hatchings eggs in setter trays by making use of special suction cups that have a perfectly point- setting.
  • Feed hoppers Feed hoppers on the ceiling ensure good distribution of feed. All feeding lines will be filled with sufficient feed. Every hopper is being supplied by silo’s.
  • Ventilation poultry house Mrs and mr. Van Haeren have chosen for an efficient ceiling ventilation system. Outside fresh air is being attracted by air inlets that are located on the ceiling at both sides of the house. Fresh outside air is being distributed over the whole ceiling and supplied to all animals by air inlets located in the roof. The complete house will be provided with sufficient fresh air.
  • Ventilation poultry house A under pressured room with eight energy-efficient fans is located at the end of the ceiling. A separated space for the removal of used air ensures that clean fresh air is not being mixed up with saturated air.
  • Manure drying system An air scrubber is not necessary because the manure drying system Compact reduces the emission of ammonia. The manure drying system dries manure very fast and efficient while using minimum energy.
