Jaap and Corine Verwolf bought their current location along the A6 in Lelystad in 2004. Here they started to keep rabbits and in the early 2011 they started to rear biological hens for company Ter Heerdt. The chickens are kept in a house equipped with the NivoVaria rearing system and it has a capacity of 28.000 animals.
