Let’s have a look in the multi-tier house of Ad & Andy Siemons from
Ad Siemons started his poultry farm in 1978. He equipped his first aviary house in 1994, followed by a multi-tier house, equipped with aviary in 2005. He build the second 2-tier house in 2010. This house is equipped with the Jansen Poultry Equipment Comfort 2 aviary system.

Every tier is provided with Twin-World slats. This slat combines best of two worlds in plastic and wire slats. That’s why the Twin-World slat has a lot of advantages. The LayMaxx is provided with a unique movable nest bottom and a roll-up back wall. When the nest is closed, the red flaps are rolled up, what makes it easy to clean the nest mats and also to inspect the nests.
The eggs are transported for the upper and lower level to the central egg room. This egg transport system is absolutely unique and needs little maintenance. With the FlexBelt all eggs are transported in a save and reliable way.
To dry the manure, a drying tunnel is placed next to the 2-tier house. The tunnel is 11 tiers high and approx.
