Orallar in Turkey

Turkey's broiler and breeder producer Orallar started using 2 new BroMaxx houses in March 2011.

Mr. Omur Oral, the owner of Turkey’s broiler and breeder companies Orallar and Emre Pilic has started a new era in broiler production when his 2 new BroMaxx broiler comfort systems started to operational.

The beautiful mountain area of Bolu (approx. 3 hours east of Istanbul) has now 2 new large BroMaxx houses. This is the 2^nd farm to become operational in the same area.

Each house has 5 rows of 4 tiers and 33 sections of BroMaxx in a building of 110 x 15 meter. The houses are equipped with the well known and proven BroMaxx layout, offering the birds:

• The unique patented Flexfloor which keeps the brids away from the manure during the entire production cycle
• The Bromaxx anti spillage feeding pan
• The automatic catching system linked to a cross lift/belt at the end of the house

Picture: Two important features of BroMaxx: The floor which stays always clean from manure and the feeding system which can be reached easily by the broilers in all stages of production.

Picture: Ceiling fans are taking care of vertical temperature uniformity and heat distribution. This is a very important feature of BroMaxx systems, keeping temperature differences below 1 degree from bottom to top tier.
