Er-Pilic in Turkey

Jansen Poultry Equipment is proud to introduce to you the first BroMaxx broiler house in Turkey.

This house is installed in Mudurnu, in Turkey’s Bolu mountain area and produces heavy (2.5+ kgs broilers) for the Er Pilic Group. The house is owned and operated by Mr. Ziya.

This house is unique, as it is the first house in the world using an existing building. The existing building was a broiler floor-house. Instead of building a new house, the customer decided to lift the roof of the building by approx 1.5 meters and install 4 tiers of cages. By installing cages, the density compared to floor houses can be increased up to 3 x higher density.

The Boly area can be very cold in winter and hot in summer. For summer ventilation, the house is equipped with tunnel fans, tunnel inlet doors and pad cooling. For winter ventilation, the house is equipped with air inlets and chimney fans. Heat is provided using hot air heaters.

Extremely important for uniform vertical temperature are the BroMaxx ceiling fans. This system keeps temperature differences between top and bottom tier within 1 degree difference!

Of course, this BroMaxx is also equipped with the unique Flexfloor, the automatic catching system and BroMaxx’s anti-spillage feeding system.

The house is ordered in 2009 and by now (september 2010) the 5th flock is being produced. 2 more BroMaxx houses are currently under construction.

Mr Ziya’s BroMaxx house is equipped with 3 rows of 4 tier cages. There are 36 sections per row. The house dimensions are 120 x 11 x 4.80 meter
