In June 2005 we introduced already our new plastic slat for our Compact and Comfort aviary systems; the TwinWorld slat. The TwinWold slat is with a lot of success used in Aviary systems.
From now on Jansen Poultry Equipment can offer you an other variety for the addition platforms in our aviary systems and in front of the laying nests in the Comfort 2 aviary system.
The TwinLight slat got the same characteristics and advantages as the TwinWorld slat:
- the best of two worlds in plastic and wires slats
- open construction (no manure traps)
- strong
- self restoring
- easy to clean
- insensible for blood lice.
The TwinLight slats can also be offered as an alternative for the Heavy Duty slat (standard Jansen slat) for layers.
The TwinLight and TwinWorld slats can only be offered in white. White slats cause a good reflection of light and less will laid on the slats.
