AlemaFarms, founded in 1993 through Mr. Marima and Mr. Asfaw. After a fast growing start Alema Farms is a leading firm in this area and principal for more than 100 employees. Trough the investment in broiler breeders houses there are much more possibilities for the production of broilers in that area and much less dependence of abroad, and a constant feeder line and that things are very important for Alema Farms to meet the constant rising demand to chicken meet.

The firm has its own feed factory, possibilities for rearing of the broiler breeders, hatchery, and houses for the fatting period of the broilers. Another sector is the meat processing of pigs and chickens. Alema Farms has its own assortment for the local market, but also an assortment special produced for hotels and restaurants.
