The Focus Day 'Company Development' on Friday November 12th was a big success.
This practical day, which was organised by Hendrix UTD, was aspecially for poultry farmers, who want to convert their cage company into a free range or stock farm. But also for entrepeneurs, who want to invest in their existing free range stable or who consider new building.
Location was the brand new stable from the Siemons family in Roosendaal (the Netherlands).
The many participants attended several work shops, lead by several experts. Besides Jansen Poultry Equipment, with explanation about the implemented aviary system (and the development of aviaries in general), there were also work shops about the dry tunnel and the automatic pallet stacker.
Next the stable was visited to experience, what is necessary for a propre climate and according ventilation. Also aspects regarding a proper transition form stock farm to layer system.
Everybody was satisfied with the positive outcome of this informative day!
